THE PERSONAL SERVICE WE PROVIDE
We offer an "all in one service" supplying properties from a single family dwelling to an apartment block with more than ten units. We will;
- Source the property and negotiate the best possible price.
- Instruct a lawyer to act and protect your interest throughout the sale, up to completion.
- Introduce the home inspector and surveyor / appraisor to supply an independant valuation of the property and survey report.
- Provide an agent to manage the properties.
THE TYPES OF PROPERTIES EXPLAINED.
There are three main categories of property which are as follows;

Single Family. This is single dwelling house - these are in high demand and prices start at $20,000 in our key areas. The average rent achieved is $600-00-$800-00 per month , per unit and they offer excellent returns, up to 30% gross before operating expenses are deducted.

Multi Family. This is a property consisting of two or more units - the prices start at $30,000 in our target areas, the average rents achieved are for a one bedroom = $400-00 , two bedroom = $500-00, three bedroom = $600-00 and for four bedroom = $700-00 per unit, per month. These properties can offer higher returns than the single family properties and are an excellent way to build large portfolios rapidly. Note properties with three bedrooms or more need a certificate of complience from the city and are inpected every five years.

Apartment/Condo. This is a single apartment. Can be purchased as a single unit or multiple units in one block.
